The City of Kingston in partnership with with SBMS, is offering business mentoring sessions to assist businesses, residents and ratepayers in the City of Kingston with starting, running or growing a business.
SBMS mentors have many years of experience and are available to discuss a wide range of business topics, including:

- Market Planning - Customer Growth, Digital Literacy & Engagement
- Strategic Planning - Growing your Business
- Business Planning - Running your Business
- Financial Viability - Finance & Money (Budgeting/Cash Flow)
- Management - Working with People (selection of appropriate tools & Processes)
- Succession Planning - Exiting your Business (Insolvency)
- Funding - Grant Applications & Understanding Grant Requirements
Single session Vouchers are also available for 1:1 mentoring at a time that suits you. Clients pay $25 for a 60 minute session with a participating SBMS mentor of your choice. Go to our voucher page to book your session.
