Tony Kiley

Tony has more than 20 years’ experience in supply chain management and has worked with Not-for-Profit organisations as a Board member and in mentoring them to develop strategic and business plans. As an SBMS Mentor, Tony has worked with clients in a range of industries and can help new and existing businesses with business planning, production planning, inventory management and control and leadership of small teams, focusing on process improvements.

Part time role managing accounts payable functions for residential construction company. Experienced in the use of Xero and Receipt Bank software packages.

Detailed CV:

Tony began his career in the IT industry and has practical experience in the use of several enterprise-wide software systems. He eventually moved into the manufacturing sector, specialising in supply chain management at Kodak and Note Printing Australia.

During 16 years at Kodak, Tony led a number of teams involved in production and materials planning, inventory control and procurement processes and worked with senior management to successfully implement Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII) practices to ‘Class A’ standard. He also gained overseas experience working in China and India.

Tony has broad business management experience, including the development of strategic and business plans and HR management. He has also helped Not-for-Profit organisations with strategic planning and governance.
